Holiday Orders
• All orders placed between 12/20/22 and 1/3/23 were shipped on 1/4/23.
• Please review policies below for general shipping information.

General
• Maximum of SIX words per sticker. Example: "To Maria, Mortui Vivos Docent."

• Custom messages must be added in the notes section during checkout. If this section is blank, we will default to "Mortui Vivos Docent + Signature." 

• Customized messages are at the discretion of The Dura Mater. We will contact you if your message needs to be altered. 

• Once your order is submitted, you cannot change or cancel it. 

• If you do not receive your order due to an incorrect address or name, you will not be refunded and will need to place a new order.

• Please allow 3-5 Business Days before your order is shipped. 

• All orders are for bookplates ONLY. The book is not included with your purchase. 

Returns
• NO returns are accepted.

Domestic
Shipping
• Due to new service standards issued by USPS beginning 10/1/21, there may be delays in shipping. Please allow extra time to receive your package during this time. Click here to read more.

• Please allow 1-3 weeks to receive your order after it has been marked shipped.

• Tracking is not available for this purchase.

International
Shipping
• Please allow 2-6 Weeks for your item to arrive after it has been marked shipped. 

Imports & Duties
• As an international customer of The Dura Mater, you have agreed with your order that you are the Importer of Record. In some countries and regions, import duties are taxable.

• You, as the customer, are responsible for any additional fees.

• Tracking is not available for this purchase.
