Order Processing

Bookplates & Christmas Cards - Please allow 5 business days to process your order. 

Print-On-Demand Products - Please allow up to 8-14 business days to process your order. 

Please provide an accurate address in addition to size/color choices. Once your order has been submitted, it cannot be changed/canceled.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number. 

Lost or stolen packages are NOT the responsibility of The Dura Mater. You will need to file a claim with the shipper. 

PLEASE NOTE: Some items ship separately as they are coming from different suppliers.

Domestic Orders

Domestic orders typically take 1-3 weeks. Please allow more time during the holidays.

Most of our domestic orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Due to new service standards issued by USPS beginning 10/1/21, there may be delays in shipping. Please allow extra time to receive your package during this time. Click here to read more.

International Orders

International orders typically take 2-6 weeks. Please allow more time during the holidays.

Import Duties + Taxes

• As an international customer of The Dura Mater, you have agreed with your order that you are the Importer of Record. In some countries and regions, import duties are taxable.
• You, as the customer, are responsible for any additional fees.
