This bookplate sticker is the perfect addition to any copy of Nicole Angemi's Anatomy Book: A Catalog of Familiar, Rare, and Unusual Pathologies!

Three options are available:
• Just Signature
• Signature + "Mortui Vivos Docent" (Custom Name Not Included)
• Custom message for you or a loved one! (Pictured)

Each sticker will be filled out and signed by Nicole.

Custom Message:
• Before checkout, you will need to view your cart. Refer to the order instructions section and leave the name(s) and any message you'd like to add to your bookplate(Limit of 6 Words).

• If you leave this section blank, Nicole will default to Signature + "Mortui Vivos Docent"

• Customized messages are at the discretion of The Dura Mater. We will contact you if your message needs to be altered.
